Description:

Advanced HMR Training (Part B) - Beyond the Basics

HMR Level 3 Training continues building upon skills developed in Part A. The focus is on addressing complex trauma, resistance issues, and recognizing both limitations and contraindications to treatment. A review of the latest evaluation of medications which interfere with the application of HMR will be provided.

Controversial issues and complications regarding the storage and reporting of memory are discussed in depth. Additional resources are provided for the practitioner regarding the importance of personal care, mindset maintenance, and boundary awareness: all which are challenged when facing the deeper end of the trauma continuum. Ethical and Legal issues that may emerge during your practice of HMR and its integration with your private practice or other modalities are discussed. Requirements for certification in HMR are also reviewed.

Note: Level 3—Part A training is a prerequisite for participation at Level 3—Part B.

This course can be taken for CEU credit or can be audited.
