DESCRIPTION: In this evening of focused meditation, Brent Baum introduces us to meditation techniques and visualization exercises that he has employed in his stress and trauma-resolution work with over 15,000 survivors. Through creative visualization and meditation, we can learn to utilize our creative links with the bodymind to release the past, reduce stress and adrenaline overproduction, and foster healing. "The Holographic Mind: Quantum Mastery of Consciousness to Heal Physical and Emotional Illness"

Summary: In this breakout presentation, attendees are introduced to the principles, history, and cases that led to the discovery of "Holographic Memory Resolution." Used effectively with over 15,000 trauma survivors, HMR employs Somatic Psychology and Energy Psychology  in a manner that empowers the client to master his/her own states of consciousness. Most illness and pathology result from distortions in "the energetic blueprint" of the bodymind.
